Please read carefully. By applying, attending any stage of the competition, or accepting a position as a contestant or titleholder, you accept and agree to these terms in full.

01

Eligibility

Entry is open to Kenyan women aged 18 to 28 at the time of the national finale, who are single, have never been married, have no children, hold at least a KCSE certificate or its equivalent, and are of good character.

02

Application and Entry

Applications are made through the official channels announced each season. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection at any stage.

03

Selection Process

Selection proceeds through application screening, regional auditions, physical vetting, a national leadership bootcamp, and the national finale. The organiser’s decisions on selection are final.

04

Conduct

Contestants and titleholders are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and integrity throughout the season and the reign, in public, in private, and online.

05

Use of Likeness

By entering, you grant the organiser the right to use your name, likeness, biography, and photographs for the promotion of the competition and its partners, without further compensation.

06

Public Voting

Public voting is administered through an official voting partner. This website never stores votes or processes payments. Votes found to be fraudulent, automated, or purchased in bad faith will be disqualified.

07

The Title and the Reign

The titleholder serves a one-year reign, represents the organisation at events, leads an advocacy platform, and represents Kenya at the international final. The title may be withdrawn for a material breach of these terms.

08

Costs

There is no entry fee. Costs of training, wardrobe, and travel during the official programme are carried by the organiser and its partners unless stated otherwise.

09

Intellectual Property

All marks, imagery, and materials associated with Miss International Kenya remain the property of the organiser.

10

Liability

Participation is voluntary. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

11

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

12

Changes to These Terms

The organiser may amend these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
